With a lack of apartement in Oxnard, Dalygroup is providing a complex that at once delivers a modern, contemporary design to enliven an area, while also creating a private experience for the resident. Looking to produce housing for the growing student community in the area, the project has a courtyard where the units look onto the courtyard. Each unit has a balcony and within the courtyard is a community room with amenities that serve the residents.
