Lyons Canyon
Lyons Canyon includes the development of 93 single-family estate homes, 93 condominiums for seniors, and a fire station. The 235 acre
development is defined by its picturesque setting, including stunning views of the surrounding San Gabriel Mountains, Lyon Canyon Creek,
and oak studded valleys. The property was once used by Warner Brothers Studios to film such classics as Dukes of Hazzard and Tales
from the Crypt.
Daly Group Inc. is responsible for the management of the overall Lyons Canyon entitlement strategy and the preparation and management of
the project's Environmental Impact Report. Management of the entitlement strategy requires the coordination between all third party
consultants and ongoing communication with the Los Angeles County Planning Staff and Los Angeles County's 5th District Supervisor and
staff. In addition, Daly Group Inc. is responsible for consultations with Responsible and Trustee Agencies, as well as project presentations
before the Los Angeles County Planning Commission.
