Coastal is a project with 70 assisted living units. The project contains a large courtyard building surrounded by a parking lot. The project looks to create an interior space where residents can enjoy large open spaces in the courtyard. This includes features such as water fountains, fireplaces, barbecue pits, a seating area, and open grassy patches. The project is in Oxnard in a neighborhood that has very little multifamily housing and so Dalygroup is pioneering a new type of housing in an area dominated by track housing and single family residences.
