The final installment of the Citrus Collection. With 43 apartments Citrus III is the smallest of the projects. This project, unlike Citrus I, has rooms and balconies facing the street on Citrus Drive. This activates the street and looks to continue creating an oasis of mixed use or housing and commercial in an area that has very little currently but is rapidly developing due to its proximity to Ventura and the coast.
