Vince daly is founder and President of Dalygroup Inc. Vince has previously worked for companies such as DR Horton and Baldwin homes doing the entitments for large housing tract projects along with a series of masterplans. This was until Vince built Citrus I and began producing projects that he felt were important for today--mainly multifamily with higher density. Vince founded Dalygroup Inc. to establish a company that focuses on dense urban housing. Focusing on multifamily apartments, Vince has already entitled thousands of units in Southern California, has constructed hundreds, and is currently under construction and in development of a handful of future projects. Vince is looking to house the millennial generation as they move to dense environments — a demographic that wants thoughtful design and functional living.
